Our Techniques
Trigger Point
The primary purpose of Trigger Point Therapy is to reduce the pain that results from hypersensitive muscles. A trigger point is like a knot the size of a pea, buried deep in the muscle tissue.
Mobilization
This Physiotherapy technique makes use of specific pattern of passive movement of joints leading to decreased stiffness and increase mobility.
Ultra Sound Therapy
Ultrasound therapy or ultrasonic Physiotherapy is a treatment used by physical therapists or occupational therapists to relieve pain and to promote tissue healing.
Dry Needling
During dry needling, a practitioner inserts several filiform needles into your skin. Filiform needles are fine, short, stainless steel needles that don’t inject fluid into the body. That’s why the term “dry” is used.
Laser Therapy
Laser therapy works through a process called photo bio modulation. When the laser is turned on it produces a beam that is near an infrared frequency.
Kinesiology Taping or Sports Taping
Kinesio Tape (KT), or kinesiology tape, is a newly popularized modality that is used by therapists trained in the Kinesio Taping Method by Certified Kinesio Taping Instructors (CKTI).
Short Wave Diathermy
Short wave Diathermy is the deep heating machine used widely by physiotherapists. It is used in pain in knee joints, shoulder joints. it has two electrode pads that emit short waves .Their are various positioning techniques used in various joints.
Electrical Muscle Stimulation
This form of therapy involves low levels of electrical impulses delivered to the injured, painful tissues to reduce pain and speed healing. These “tingling” impulses stimulate the body to release natural pain relievers, called endorphins.
Vacuum Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Traction (Lumbar and Cervical)
Cervical traction devices treat different types and causes of neck pain, tension, and tightness. Cervical traction helps to relax the muscles, which can significantly relieve pain and stiffness while increasing flexibility.
